Bodog bodonkey Blogger Series 2nd Place Luckbox

Welcome to the Donkey Show.

Bodog Poker Blogger Tournament

I Took 2nd last night in The Bodonkey on Bodog poker. Thats right I was sitting here in my Home In Worcester Mass, and I Played Online Poker at Bodog. Why because Bodog Poker and Casino is the Premier Place to play online Poker.

Lets just say I got lucky a few times then managed to play pretty tight till I had a stack then I Ramped it up a bit and took advantage of the short stacks who might have been trying to hang on till the points. I don't know why but the different site throws me off from how certain people play.

Its funny I went thru stretches  of either crazy cards or completely dead. Now what are the odds of getting dealt KK 3 STRAIGHT TIMES?  Yes this happened to me but sadly it was at my first table probably in the first blinds round and no one did anything stupid so I ended up with not much for such great cards.

Once we got to the Final Table I managed to catch a few hands and take out the first 2 and was sitting on a Huge chip lead like 35k when everyone else had like 10-15k with Icrushbloggers (ghey name)  the only other big stack till he donked out as usual.

Its funny I ended up HU with salex77 with him having a 55k-43k advantage and the blinds were still low enough to allow us some play. I really thought I had him a few times. I had chipped away and taken the lead with some really aggressive HU play to the point I had 73k to his like 24k but he won a big swing pot where we switched places. I did managed to chip back up into the 30k range  then we got it in with  Me holding AT and  him with A7 and the 7 on the river gave him the well deserved win.

You really have to hand it to Bodog for Putting on such a Great tournament series for us Poker Bloggers.  First they give us great      add-ons to the prize Pool with the Bonus T$ dollars, Then they pay the 3 bubble spots their money back and they are throwing a Freeroll for the Best of the Bodonkey at the end.

Not that My Bankroll on Full Tilt can Support it But I am Defiantly out of the Mookie Tonight since I will be at the Eagles Concert at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. Just in case you are not sure of how to pronounce it, it is WooStah.

I Want to wish everyone a happy and safe Thanksgiving.

Finding a long lost friend and a Nappy Headed Hoes.

I will assume most people know what it is like to find a long lost friend.
Well yesterday thats what happened to me. Who was this person you might ask?
It is the Barber who gives good haircuts. Now I know that doesn't seem like much but With my Mixed Racial background My hair grows funny. Curly and Wavy. If I were a chick I would be a Nappy Headed Hoe. Now whats the big deal you say its only a barber but have you ever gone home from the barber shop and shaved your head??? I have, It seems some people are not capable of noticing when it looks fucked up after they are finished.

So I was excited to find RB in his new location.

RBS Barbershop

So if you live in or around Worcester and need a great barber go see RB in his now location.

I do have a Question for my 69 readers. for those of you that host your blogs somewhere other than blogspot where do you do it? and how much does it cost?

Riverchasers, Patriots

Is there anyone else who can't wait for the NFL season to start???
Maybe it is because the Patriots are looking good.

Bob Kraft Hired a private jet to fly anyone on the team down to New Orleans for the funeral of
Marquis Hill. Small gesture but It means alot to the players. as everyone who spoke to the media today said so.

This is why Players such as Moss are willing to take less money for a chance to Play for a class organization that will give them a chance to win.

Patriots are in Passing camp and Moss and Adalius thomas are both there.
here is a piece from Reiss' Pieces

Five final observations from today's passing camp at Gillette Stadium:

  • 1) Adalius Thomas on the move. The Patriots' big free-agent signing has been advertised as a versatile player who can line up at various positions. This was evident in one of the team's final sets of drills in 11 on 11 work, as Thomas moved from inside linebacker, to playing with his hand on the ground as a down lineman/rusher, to backpedaling in pass coverage. Thomas spent much of the practice lining up at inside linebacker.

  • 2) Tom Brady in command. As one would expect, when Brady is running a drill, there is no question as to who is in charge. While it's the offseason, players weren't in pads, and it was only a small snapshot of a much larger picture, Brady looks as sharp as ever.

  • 3) Randy Moss in focus. It was interesting to watch Moss developing a rapport with Tom Brady and Co. in the passing game. Moss worked as an outside receiver, and showed a part of his competitive side when slipping on the wet field during drills in which there was no defense. He pounded the ground in frustration and shouted. In 11 on 11 drills, Moss caught one touchdown pass down the left sideline from Tom Brady (Tory James in one-on-one coverage) but shortly before that play, he couldn't corral a long pass down the right sideline from Matt Cassel (cornerback Mike Richardson in coverage, with help from safety Rashad Baker). On the latter play, Moss was knocked to the ground by accident as Baker closed in and couldn't pull up in time.

  • 4) Interceptions. Second-year defensive back Willie Andrews and 11-year veteran defensive back Chad Scott both intercepted Matt Cassel in 11 on 11 drills near the end of practice. Andrews, playing safety, showed solid instincts to gather in the interception after the ball was tipped on a throw behind Kelley Washington.

  • 5) Media interest. For perspective on the interest the Patriots are generating among the media, consider that 50 members of the media were granted credentials for this passing camp. A crew from ESPN and the NFL Network were among the crowd.

  • Say it with me, 1 more month.

    see you tonight
    Peace

    Randy Moss Oh My!!!

NFL.com - New England Patriots Team News

Patriots acquire WR Moss from Raiders Click here to find out more!
    NFL.com wire reports

ALAMEDA, Calif. (April 29, 2007) -- The Oakland Raiders cut ties with Randy Moss after two unproductive seasons, sending the former Pro Bowl receiver to the New England Patriots for a fourth-round draft pick.

Moss was disgruntled for most of his two seasons in Oakland, and said frequently last season he thought he'd be better off with another team. He wanted to be dealt either to New England or Green Bay and got his wish.

"We felt this was the best scenario for both the Raiders and Randy," Oakland coach Lane Kiffin said. "We wish him nothing but the best."

With the Patriots, Moss will be teamed with three-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback Tom Brady, who now has plenty of talented receivers to throw to on offense. New England has already added three other wide receivers this offseason: Wes Welker in a trade with Miami, and Donte' Stallworth and Kelley Washington as free agents.

New England began rebuilding its receiver corps last year after losing its top two receivers from 2005. Leading receiver Deion Branch, after a contract dispute, was traded to Seattle the day after the season opener, in which he didn't play. Earlier, David Givens signed as a free agent with Tennessee.

The Patriots ended last season with Reche Caldwell, Jabar Gaffney and Troy Brown as their top three receivers. Brown is a free agent, while Caldwell and Gaffney are signed through the 2008 season.

Oakland gave up the seventh overall pick in 2005, linebacker Napoleon Harris and a seventh-round pick to Minnesota for Moss in 2005. Moss, who made five Pro Bowls in seven seasons with Minnesota, had 102 catches for 1,558 yards and 11 touchdowns with the Raiders. He had career lows last season with 42 catches for 553 yards and three touchdowns.

New Oakland coach Lane Kiffin wanted to deal Moss before the start of next weekend's mandatory minicamp. Moss had not participated in any of the team's offseason workouts and the Raiders were unsure if he'd attend the minicamp.

The deal leaves the Raiders with Jerry Porter, Ronald Curry, Doug Gabriel and newly acquired Mike Williams as their top receivers. Oakland traded a fourth-round pick for Williams and quarterback Josh McCown of Detroit.

Williams, who played for Kiffin in college at USC, struggled in two NFL seasons since being drafted by Detroit with the 10th pick in 2005. He started only six games in Detroit, making 37 catches for 449 yards and two touchdowns.

The Raiders selected cornerback John Bowie from Cincinnati with the pick they got from New England."

"Moss is currently in New England undergoing a physical. He has agreed to restructure and/or extend his contract to consummate the deal. He is due base salaries of $9.25 million in 2007 and $11.25 million in 2008.

The 6-foot-4, 210-pound Moss enters his 10th NFL season after having played for the Vikings (1998-2004) and Raiders (2005-2006). He had a career-low 42 catches for 553 yards and three touchdowns last season as the Raiders struggled to a 2-14 record, and is said to be motivated to join a winning program.

The acquisition of Moss continues the team's offseason makeover at the position. The Patriots traded for Wes Welker and signed Donte' Stallworth and Kelley Washington in free agency."

I think this is an Excellent Move for the patriots. Only giving up a 4th,
    Fan fuckingtastic.
He was only willing to restructure for the Patriots, Lets hope that he
has seen the light and is willing to be a Part of the Puzzle instead of the Man.

Donte Stallworth and Randy Moss are the starting recievers for the NEP
That is pretty fucking good in my book.
Now I am stoked for Training Camp to get here.

Is that picture at the top from his Booking when he was arrested or what?

    Peace
