A jury had convicted Mr. Libby in March of lying to F.B.I. agents and a grand jury investigating the leak in 2003 of Ms. Wilson’s C.I.A. employment. Her husband had accused the Bush administration of twisting intelligence to justify war with Iraq. Libby was tried by a Jury of his Peers and Was found Guilty.He should have been Executed not
have his sentence commuted.
